Job Description

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active SLP-CCC certification required
- Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with speech and language assessment tools
- Compassion for students of diverse backgrounds and ability levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate therapy goals with classroom instruction
- Maintain accurate documentation for progress reports, evaluations, and compliance records
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise as a valued team member
- Offer guidance and resources to school staff and families regarding speech-language pathology best practices
