The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with probate and trust administration, including preparing necessary filings and correspondence.
- Prepare and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and funding of trusts.
- Draft and file court documents related to estate and trust matters.
- Communicate directly with clients, financial institutions, and other professionals to facilitate estate and trust administration.
- A minimum of four years of experience of being a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts & estates, preferably with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong background in probate and trust administration.
- Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in significant direct client contact
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $69,999.00 per year
