Supermarket Deli Department Manager

Family owned and operated Holiday Park Shop 'n Save, located in Plum Borough, is seeking a full time Deli Department/ Prepared Foods Manager. Responsible for overseeing daily supermarket deli operations and food preparation while ensuring high- quality customer service and compliance with safety standards. This role involves scheduling, training and managing a team of multiple employees efficiently to maintain procedures and best practices while fostering a positive work environment. Manage inventory and vendor relations to ensure adequate stock levels and eliminate waste. Applicant should strive to foster new ideas in sales and merchandising to drive sales growth in the department. Prepare food according to established recipes and quality standards. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly according to store policies and procedures.
