At our organization, we strive to streamline the locum tenens experience. We not only assist in finding positions that align with your preferences but also manage all logistical aspects such as credentialing, accommodation, travel arrangements, and more. Focus on what you do best—caring for patients—while we handle the rest.

Position Details
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Patient Load: 15 to 20 patients daily
  • Responsibilities: Involves clinic work, on-call duties, and operating room (OR) responsibilities
  • Call Rotation: 1:4, from Friday 7 AM to Monday 7 AM, plus 24-hour coverage
  • OR Block Time: 1 to 2 days per week
  • Coverage: Adult inpatient and outpatient urology
  • Procedures: Cystoscopies, biopsies, and vasectomies
  • Hospital Privileges: Required
Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate: Ranges from $220.00 to $275.00 per hour
  • Payment Structure: Weekly deposits, with rates reflecting various factors including position urgency, your experience, and qualifications
  • All-Inclusive Rates: Combine base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work
