About the Role
We are seeking a Project Accountant to support financial operations on a major construction project. This position will focus on invoice processing, AP functions, cost tracking, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Code invoices and verify project-related expenses
- Reconcile company credit card charges
- Track project costs and payment status
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Coordinate with project teams and vendors regarding payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with AP, invoicing, and financial data entry
- Strong Excel skills
- Construction accounting experience preferred
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
