Discover a rewarding opportunity to support students’ development as a contract Physical Therapist in a dynamic school setting near Lake Stevens, WA. This position is based in Marysville, WA, for the 2026-2027 school year, with a focus on Pre-K through Transition ages. The assignment runs from September 2, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with a part-time schedule of approximately 14-16 hours per week.

As a valued collaborator within the educational team, you will:

  • Evaluate and assess students’ motor and physical development to inform Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 plan processes
  • Develop student-centered therapy schedules and provide direct, indirect, and consultative physical therapy services
  • Coordinate with educators, families, and specialists to deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate as a Physical Therapist, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Strong understanding of best practices in physical therapy and familiarity with current evidence-based interventions
    Preferred candidates will also bring:
  • Experience serving students with limited English proficiency and working within multicultural and interdisciplinary school settings
  • Knowledge of public school operations
  • A valid Washington State driver’s license
