Key Qualifications:

  • Active Louisiana DOE Certification (required)
  • Educational Diagnostician experience in a school environment
  • Immediate availability (Louisiana certification must be current and active)
  • Ability to complete required fingerprinting and drug screening prior to start
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and assessment skills
  • Responsiveness and readiness to engage in quick hiring and onboarding processes

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to support students’ learning goals
  • Develop and communicate evaluation results and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to implement individualized support plans
  • Participate in meetings and consultations according to district needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by state and district guidelines
  • Adapt to varying school assignments and caseloads based on district priorities
