A part-time, onsite contract role is available for a skilled social worker to work with children and families in an engaging school environment near Saint Paul, MN. Enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule across three workdays each week (8am-4:30pm), while maintaining a manageable caseload and developing positive connections with students.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work is required
  • Active Minnesota Board of Social Work licensure: MSW, LISW, LICSW, or LGSW
  • Minnesota Board of Teaching License
  • At least three years of experience working with children and families in a school setting
  • Demonstrated ability to provide support services to students with unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of elementary special education students, delivering regular, ongoing clinical services
  • Provide direct support aligned with IEP goals and maintain detailed weekly progress documentation to ensure compliance
  • Work collaboratively with IEP teams to develop and revise Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings for assigned students
  • Conduct comprehensive Social Work Assessments and contribute to Special Education Eligibility determinations

This part-time (20-25 hours per week) opportunity runs from August 19, 2026, through May 18, 2027, and allows you to choose your own workdays within the 8am-4:30pm window, providing both consistency and flexibility in your weekly schedule.
