Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Nursing - ORT or Surgical Tech (Non-certified required)
  • Demonstrated understanding of aseptic technique and operating room protocols
  • Competent in preparing operating rooms and assisting during surgical procedures
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Current BLS certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surgical instruments and equipment for procedures
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, ensuring a sterile environment
  • Monitor and manage surgical supplies before, during, and after procedures
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation as required
  • Support post-operative clean-up and restocking
  • Adhere to hospital, regulatory, and infection control standards

$1,283 - $1,357/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
