Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Ann Arbor, Michigan

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid CCC-SLP credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
• Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within an elementary school environment, is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive and supportive educational atmosphere
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations to student planning
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Support a positive student experience by fostering engagement and facilitating communication growth
