Job Description

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology, and those currently holding or pursuing SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials are encouraged to apply. Experience within school-based settings is especially valued.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending state licensure for practice as an SLP
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with pediatric therapy, ideally in school environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to culturally responsive, individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student achievement
- Document progress, attend meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development
