Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Dearborn, Michigan

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or pending state licensure for practice as an SLP
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with pediatric therapy, ideally in school environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to culturally responsive, individualized therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide both direct therapy and consultative services as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student achievement
• Document progress, attend meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development
