Job Description

Work with a manageable caseload of 75-80 students at a single school site, ensuring focused delivery of services and greater continuity for each child.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current or eligible Florida state licensure as an SLP.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) SLPs encouraged to apply.
- Experience or strong interest in providing speech/language therapy in school settings.
- Comfort working with varied student needs across PK–8th grade.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student goals are met.
- Monitor student progress and make recommendations for ongoing support.
- Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to diverse student populations.
