Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Tallahassee, FL

Work with a manageable caseload of 75-80 students at a single school site, ensuring focused delivery of services and greater continuity for each child.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current or eligible Florida state licensure as an SLP.
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) SLPs encouraged to apply.
• Experience or strong interest in providing speech/language therapy in school settings.
• Comfort working with varied student needs across PK–8th grade.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings as a valued member of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student goals are met.
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations for ongoing support.
• Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to diverse student populations.
