Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to build your career in purchasing and supply chain operations? We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to support procurement activities, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely ordering of materials and supplies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an onsite role in Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate purchase orders for supplies, materials, and raw goods.
- Maintain detailed purchasing records, including quantities, pricing, shipping information, and associated costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment purchases as needed.
- Track incoming materials and verify that orders are received accurately and on time.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, compare quotes, and maintain vendor information.
- Collaborate with internal departments to process purchase requests and obtain required approvals.
- Assist with vendor relations, bid requests, and sourcing activities.
- Communicate order status, inventory concerns, and purchasing updates
- Complete reports and assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate electronic purchasing records and support ongoing process improvements.
- High school diploma or GED required. Completion of some college coursework preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus.
- 1+ years of purchasing, procurement, inventory, or related experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
