Research Associate I – Automation/Flow Cytometry (Cell Therapy)

ATR International is looking to find a Research Associate I to join our clients growing Automation/Flow Cytometry team, supporting the development of next-generation cell therapies.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, implement, and optimize automation assays for high-throughput cell-based assays
• Troubleshoot automation systems (Bravo, Assist Plus, Mantis liquid handlers) and flow cytometry instrumentation
• Perform daily QC, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow cytometry instruments
• Conduct aseptic cell culture techniques for adherent and suspension cell lines
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver key project milestones
• Manage lab and cell line inventory, equipment, and relevant software (Benchling, MS Office)
• Present findings in team meetings

What You Bring:

• B.S. with 6 months–1 year of experience, or M.S. with 0 years of experience, in a biology-related field (molecular biology, immunology, or cell biology) — required
• Basic understanding of automated liquid handling systems (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of flow cytometry principles and applications (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, suspension and adherent (preferred)
• Self-motivated, organized, strong team collaborator with an ownership mindset
