Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy license required
• IVP Fingerprint Card required prior to start date
• Experience in school-based PT preferred, though all motivated candidates will be considered
• Comfortable working with students across the spectrum of needs, including mild to severe disabilities
• Ability to travel between multiple locations as required (mileage is typically reimbursed)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school teams
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group PT services to students based on their IEPs and identified needs
• Travel as an itinerant therapist between assigned school sites within the district
• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with teachers, related service staff, and parents to ensure holistic student support
• Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide expert consultation and training to staff on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies
