The role begins with orientation on August 3 and 4, 2026; students start August 10, with the assignment running through May 21, 2027. There are three full-time (37.5 hours/week), onsite positions available, with student age groups matched to each therapist’s interests.

  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based OT practice

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive OT services aligned with student needs and IEP requirements
  • Utilize available equipment and testing materials for thorough evaluations and interventions
  • Document sessions and progress according to school and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate in monthly meetings, roundtables, and professional learning councils
  • Participate in the annual review process, sharing insight and reflecting on outcomes
  • Engage in regular 1:1 check-ins and team meetings with leadership
  • Access and contribute to a dynamic, region-wide network through an interactive intranet for real-time problem-solving and resource sharing
