School Psychologist - Sunnyvale, CA

This in-person, itinerant position covers two sites and supports a diverse elementary caseload. Spanning November through March 31 as maternity leave coverage, you’ll deliver high-quality psychological services and be part of a supportive educational community dedicated to student success.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in California
• Experience in SPED assessments, providing counseling, and offering behavior support
• Familiarity with elementary-level caseloads strongly preferred
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites as needed
• Commitment to providing in-person services throughout the assignment
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct special education assessments in compliance with school guidelines
• Provide behavioral support and develop intervention plans for students
• Deliver one-on-one and small group counseling services to students
• Collaborate closely with faculty, staff, and parents to develop and implement student support plans
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Adapt practices to meet the evolving needs of students and deliver services in a flexible, student-centered manner
