DHL Express – Sales Representative (x7)

Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (onsite 5 days/week in office)

Pay: $23.50/hr

Term: 6 mo contract to hire (will go perm they well)

Start: ASAP

Openings: 7

Shifts: (Mon-Fri)

• 6am-2:30pm
• 7am-330pm
• 7:30am-4pm
• 8am-4:30pm

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience within Sales Support experience – Looking to grow in your Sales career
• Excellent oral communication skill
• Cold calling experince
• Inbound and outbound calling experience
• Strong PC skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and CRM
• Strong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needs
• Highly motivated, competitive, self-starter

Plusses:

• BA/BS degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree

Day to Day:

This role will qualify leads by telephone and refer to the appropriate sales team. They will perform this by making outbound calls to or accepting inbound calls from prospective clients to determine the customer’s needs, estimated shipment volume, revenue potential, and answer customer questions regarding the company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completes telephone calls to establish and qualify leads and prospects for the sales force
• Handles incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retention
• Handles inquiries generated by advertising
• Records customer information and maintains data records in appropriate tool
• Ensures information is recorded timely, accurately and in a clear understandable manner
• Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements
• Cultivating new qualified leads through both cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound)
