Make a direct impact on the educational experience of K–12 students as a full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. This rewarding opportunity will place you in a supportive school environment, where you’ll work with students across all grade levels to foster communication and language development. If you have expertise in providing SLP services within school settings, your dedication will help students thrive academically and socially.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP.
  • Experience delivering SLP services in educational settings (K–12 strongly preferred).
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, teachers, and families.
  • Commitment to onsite, full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student growth.
  • Maintain detailed records and track progress to inform future interventions.
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and support documentation as required.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment where students feel comfortable and supported.

We are seeking professionals passionate about enabling student success and building meaningful relationships within the school community. This full-time contract role offers a highly competitive hourly range: $45–$55+, commensurate with experience.
