Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a Paraprofessional, ideally within school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work under teacher guidance and follow classroom plans
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach to diverse learning needs
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional coursework or credentials preferred)
• Willingness to complete background and reference checks per district requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct support to students individually and in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional activities
• Helping implement individualized education programs (IEPs) as directed
• Supporting students with special needs or behavioral challenges
• Aiding in classroom organization and preparation of educational materials
• Supervising students in classrooms and during transitions or break periods
