An exciting contract opportunity awaits a skilled School Psychologist to support students during a maternity leave coverage from November through March 31. This in-person, itinerant role serves two campuses, focusing on elementary caseloads within a highly supportive environment.

In this position, you will conduct SPED assessments, provide counseling services, and offer behavior support to help students thrive. The role emphasizes collaboration with educators and families to advocate for the individual needs of each student. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's or higher in School Psychology
• Valid School Psychologist credential (or eligibility for credentialing)
• Prior experience in school-based psychological services, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive SPED assessments and create actionable intervention plans
• Skilled in providing one-on-one and group counseling
• Strong organizational and communication abilities for managing an itinerant schedule across multiple sites
• Commitment to in-person support; virtual options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychological evaluations and prepare assessment reports in compliance with educational regulations
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services to students
• Partner with SPED teams on IEP development and implementation
• Advise and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and behavioral interventions
• Travel between assigned school sites as part of a regular weekly schedule
• Maintain thorough documentation and confidentiality in all interactions
