\nWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician!\n
\n
\nMaintenance Technicians Maintain the efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities include:\n
\n
\nTake responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy\n
\nMaintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment\n
\nEnsure necessary tools are on hand\n
\nReport unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents\n
\nMaintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance\n
\nBe aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times\n
\nBe available to work on an on-call basis\n
\nSecure the maintenance shop(s) at the close of every workday\n
\nRemove snow and ice as necessary\n
\nHandle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requests\n
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nAbility to operate various hand tools including power tools\n
\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions\n
\nEffective communication skills\n
\nKnowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical\n
\nProperty maintenance/handyman experience\n
\n

\nCompensation: Full-Time $19.00 to $21.00 per hour\n
