Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Garland/Dallas, TX 75041
Salary: $84,000$98,000 annually
Schedule: Full-Time | Initially 1st Shift

We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to improve manufacturing processes, increase production efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role will help optimize production, implement lean manufacturing practices, support new product launches, and contribute to automation and facility growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup manufacturing environment.

• Improve manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Investigate production issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to meet production goals.

• Support new product introductions (NPI), process validation, and production launches.

• Research and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation, and equipment.

• Assist with facility expansion, capacity planning, and equipment installation.

• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Maintain a safe work environment and support all safety initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

• 35 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience improving manufacturing processes and supporting production.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement principles.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

• Experience with automation, robotics, or startup manufacturing is a plus.

• Self-motivated and hands-on engineer.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment.

• Flexible and adaptable as operations continue to grow.
