BG Staffing is currently seeking hardworking, dependable Laborers to assist with apartment community trash-out projects and property cleanup efforts in the Dayton, Ohio area. Position Overview

As part of our Porter/Groundskeeper and Trash-Out team, you will help prepare residential communities for new occupants by removing unwanted items, cleaning units, and improving overall property appearance. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
  • Remove furniture, trash, and abandoned belongings from vacant units
  • Assist with trash-out projects related to move-outs and evictions
  • Support curb appeal initiatives throughout apartment communities
  • Clean common areas and exterior grounds
  • Pick up debris and maintain property cleanliness
  • Help prepare vacant units for turnover and future residents
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
  • Reliable and punctual team players
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed
  • Comfortable performing physical labor throughout the workday
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous porter, groundskeeper, laborer, moving, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus, but not required
