Job Title: Small Pack Operations Manager - Split Shift
Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Pay rate: $35/hr on W2.

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a Small Pack Operations Manager to oversee high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• This role is responsible for leading daily production activities, including picking, kitting, packing, labeling, and shipping, while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple shifts.
• Lead supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and shipping performance.
• Coordinate with Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Drive process improvements and resolve operational issues.
• Utilize SAP, EWM, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or e-commerce fulfillment leadership.
• Knowledge of high-volume picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Experience managing multiple shifts and leading teams.
• SAP, EWM, or WMS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
