Location: Erie, PA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $25-$30/hour

Schedule: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking two detail-oriented HR Support Specialists to provide administrative and operational support within a fast-paced Human Resources environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to routine inquiries regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between employees, vendors, and external partners to assist with issue resolution.
  • Track and manage employee and vendor requests, escalating complex concerns as needed.
  • Review HR documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter, update, and maintain employee data within HR and vendor systems.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential employee records and files.
  • Assist with system testing and HR-related projects as assigned.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
    • Outlook
    • Microsoft Teams
    • OneNote
    • Scheduling and calendar management tools
  • Must be able to work onsite in Erie, PA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or HR support experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data entry processes.
