Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid or pending state SLP licensure
  • Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, and students

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy sessions for students with speech and language needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets school and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams as needed
  • Provide direct and consultative services in-person or via teletherapy, depending on assignment
