• Comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 20 students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to K-4 elementary students in accordance with IEPs
• Develop and implement personalized educational plans using the ECATS IEP system
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
