Qualifications & Experience

• Current, active Ohio OT license required
• Experience in a school-based occupational therapy role preferred
• Strong ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
• Solid communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to supporting diverse student needs across K-8 grades

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals for students on your caseload
• Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to each child’s needs, two days per week, for a total of 10 hours per week
• Maintain appropriate documentation and progress monitoring according to school and regulatory standards
• Provide consultative support to teachers, families, and staff regarding student progress and strategies for success
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff to optimize student outcomes
