Job Description
Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a dedicated school psychologist on a full-time contract, working the academic calendar from August 18th through June 11th. In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student success and well-being across K-12 grades
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and interpret assessment data to help guide educational planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans
- Provide counseling and support services for students with academic, social, or emotional needs
- Offer consultation and training to teachers and staff on strategies for classroom management, learning differences, and crisis intervention
- Serve as a resource for parents and caregivers, providing guidance on child development and access to outside support if necessary
- Help cultivate inclusive and supportive school environments
Key qualifications include:
- Valid state certification/licensure as a school psychologist
- Proven experience working in K-12 school settings
