Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Active LSW or LCSW license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience working in a school setting is essential.
• Strong background in providing services to K-8 populations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Student Support Team by overseeing counselor caseloads, monitoring special education compliance, and managing the delivery of individual and group counseling.
• Coordinate and implement Tier III interventions, working closely with school teams, serving as the McKinney-Vento liaison, and initiating partnerships with community agencies.
• Provide direct counseling services—both individual and group—to support the social, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students.
• Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to the unique needs of diverse learners.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families to build a supportive and inclusive school climate.
