This full-time, contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist role provides flexibility to split your expertise across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Scheduling can accommodate a 37.5-hour workweek, with the potential to combine assignments to craft a personally rewarding caseload.

Begin your journey in August 2026 and make a meaningful difference through June 2027. Here, you’ll work exclusively onsite, giving you the chance to build deep, supportive relationships with students, faculty, and families while contributing your clinical skills within dynamic educational environments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current Maryland SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) encouraged to apply
  • Prior school-based experience valued
  • Comfort supporting students at various educational levels
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing direct, in-person therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions to students
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to professional learning communities
