Embark on an enriching contract opportunity supporting student success as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite-only position offers full-time hours, allowing you to work closely with dedicated students and staff across high school, middle school, and elementary settings. What we're seeking:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience within school-based SLP settings preferred
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Washington State SLP license
- Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start date
- Passion for working onsite with diverse student populations
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities
- Flexibility to serve in high school, middle, or elementary placements as needed
Primary responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group formats
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Partner with classroom teachers and related service providers to maximize student progress
- Foster a supportive, engaging atmosphere that celebrates student achievements
