Embark on an enriching contract opportunity supporting student success as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite-only position offers full-time hours, allowing you to work closely with dedicated students and staff across high school, middle school, and elementary settings. Your expertise will help shape communication skills, making a tangible difference every day. With multiple openings, you’ll collaborate with an enthusiastic speech team and contribute to a positive, inclusive educational environment.

What we're seeking:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience within school-based SLP settings preferred
  • Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Washington State SLP license
  • Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start date
  • Passion for working onsite with diverse student populations
  • Strong collaborative and communication abilities
  • Flexibility to serve in high school, middle, or elementary placements as needed

Primary responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop customized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative services in individual and group formats
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Partner with classroom teachers and related service providers to maximize student progress
  • Foster a supportive, engaging atmosphere that celebrates student achievements
