Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to support students with diverse needs and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication development
- Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and IEP reviews
