Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to support students with diverse needs and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual or group settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Educate and consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication development
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development sessions, and IEP reviews
