Qualifications/Experience Sought:
- Valid certification in Special Education (or eligibility in NH)
- Experience with IEP development, specially designed instruction, and data-driven progress monitoring
- Strong communication skills for engagement with families and staff
- Preferred: Background in behavior management and/or transition planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of high school students (grades 9-12)
- Develop and oversee IEPs
- Provide specially designed instruction and conduct academic evaluations
- Collect data and monitor student progress
- Foster positive relationships with families, teachers, and district team members
