ProCare Therapy is partnering with a welcoming school district in Bennington, Nebraska to hire a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. We are seeking a collaborative professional who is passionate about supporting students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success through assessment, consultation, and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Position Details
- Location: Bennington, NE 68007
- School Year: August 10, 2026 – May 28, 2027
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Caseload: Elementary students
- Assignment: Caseload split between two elementary schools
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments.
- Participate in eligibility, multidisciplinary, and IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
- Provide consultation regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions.
- Assist in developing data-driven recommendations and support plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must possess:
- Active Nebraska certification or licensure as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date).
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, collaboration, and report writing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $50-$55 per hour, depending on experience, district budget, and assignment.

Travel Opportunities Available
