Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift

Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks

Available Shifts: Days and Nights

Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key duties include:

• Delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice
• Guiding patient and family education, as well as overseeing the activities of other nursing staff
• Maintaining high standards of care in the Telemetry Unit
• Being accountable for the care provided to assigned patients
• Communicating with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results
• Responding swiftly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN License in the state
• Current BLS certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire
• Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, with maintenance of certification
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required

Compensation Transparency

Our organization offers competitive pay. The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour for California residents. This estimate may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
