Department: Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Location: Redding, CA
Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift
Assignment Duration: 12 Weeks
Available Shifts: Days and Nights
Status: Per Diem (PRN)
Start Date: ASAP

The Registered Nurse will ensure the provision of safe patient care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key duties include:
- Delivering direct patient care within the defined scope of practice
- Guiding patient and family education, as well as overseeing the activities of other nursing staff
- Maintaining high standards of care in the Telemetry Unit
- Being accountable for the care provided to assigned patients
- Communicating with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring and diagnostic results
- Responding swiftly and accurately to changes in patient conditions or treatment responses
- Current and valid RN License in the state
- Current BLS certification upon hire, with maintenance of certification
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation certification within 30 days of hire
- Current ACLS certification within 30 days of hire, with maintenance of certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
Our organization offers competitive pay. The estimated compensation for this role ranges from $75.00 to $85.00 per hour for California residents. This estimate may vary based on location. Actual compensation will be determined by factors such as skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
