Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by handling inventory control, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring stock organization. This position focuses on receiving, stocking, shipping, and end-to-end order fulfillment while adhering to safety standards and supporting general warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently
• Maintain inventory control through counting, recording, and reporting
• Organize and stock goods in designated locations
• Prepare shipments by wrapping, staging, recording, and loading product skids
• Conduct quality control by identifying and reporting defective or damaged products
• Serve as backup to forklift and order filler operators as needed
• Support general shop cleanliness and assist other departments when necessary
• Champion lean processes and uphold safety principles in daily tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Forklift operator certification
• Proficient in forklift operation and order picking
• Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
