Enjoy a flexible daily schedule, with start times between 7:30–8:00 a.m. and end times between 3:30–4:00 p.m., allowing for a harmonious blend of work and personal life. Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience in a school-based SLP role supporting elementary students
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
  • Commitment to collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Dedication to fostering inclusion and advocating for each student’s needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students aged 3–12, with a small caseload of high schoolers
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and related service providers
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
  • Adapt services as needed to best support diverse learners
