You’ll expand your professional skills while working collaboratively with a team of RSP teachers in a roving middle school role. With a caseload of 28 middle school students, you’ll make a significant impact while rounding out your resume with valuable new experiences.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education teaching credential (elementary and/or middle school focus)
  • Experience working in school-based settings, particularly middle school
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills
  • Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a roving Special Education Teacher among middle school RSP classrooms
  • Collaborate with RSP colleagues to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Adapt instruction to accommodate varying learning styles and abilities
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and caseload management for 28 students
  • Foster positive, inclusive learning environments
