Step into a rewarding contract opportunity focused on providing critical maternity leave coverage as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive early intervention and preschool setting. This full-time position runs from February 15, 2027, through May 27, 2027, working with children ages 3–5 in an engaging educational environment near Cascade, CO.

As part of a passionate and experienced team, you’ll collaborate onsite with another highly skilled SLP. Your expertise will be essential in addressing a variety of student needs, ranging from mild to severe concerns in articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, social-pragmatic communication, and high-tech AAC. Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Prior experience in early childhood or preschool settings is highly valued
  • Skilled in evaluating and treating articulation, language disorders, fluency, and AAC device use
  • Committed to providing in-person services; remote or hybrid options are not considered
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and adapt to a range of student severity levels

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for preschoolers with diverse speech-language needs
  • Deliver direct intervention using both traditional and high-tech AAC approaches
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, aides, and another full-time SLP
  • Track student progress and participate in IEP meetings as appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with families and support inclusion in the learning environment
