Desired Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

- Comfort with data-driven decision making

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments for students and discuss findings with educational teams
- Develop, implement, and model data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to assess needs and monitor progress
- Deliver staff training on best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school guidelines and ethical standards
- Contribute to IEP meetings and behavioral consultations as needed
