Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years CVOR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 2 years’ recent CVOR nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Proficient in scrubbing and circulating for cardiovascular surgeries
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced hospital settings
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care as part of the cardiovascular surgical team
- Prepare and manage sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Scrub and circulate for open heart, vascular, and electrophysiology cases
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient status perioperatively
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nurses for optimal outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols and infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on post-operative care as needed

$2,904 - $3,072/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
