We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to leadership and ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day business activities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem solver who thrives on keeping teams organized, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and serving as a trusted partner to executives and department leaders. Responsibilities commonly include executive support, calendar management, meeting coordination, reporting, office administration, and handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and business documents
  • Screen and prioritize communications, emails, and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Track department projects, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
  • Coordinate office operations, vendor relationships, and supply management
  • Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on key action items
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Serve as a key administrative resource for leadership and department staff
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $78,000.00 per year
