Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Answer incoming calls, accurately document inquiries, and route requests to appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update membership records in the organization's database
  • Process membership applications and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Handle daily payment processing and issue refunds when necessary
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member and prospective member emails
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to support organizational goals
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative support, call center, member services, or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Comfortable learning new technology and systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Positive, professional, and empathetic communication style
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
  • $22.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule & Location
  • Hybrid work environment
  • In-office 1-3 days per week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Convenient central San Diego location
