Solo Pay Rate – 58-60 cents per mile

Weekly Mileage – 3,000 to 3,500 miles
- Mileage Incentive – Earn an additional 2 cents per mile for exceeding 13,000 miles in a month
- Diesel Savings Bonus – Receive $100 monthly for fuel efficiency
- Safety Incentive – $175 awarded for any clean inspection
- Referral Incentive – $2,500 for each driver you refer to our organization
- Sign-on Incentive – Yes, $1,700 for each new driver

Home Time – 6 or 7 days on the road followed by 34-48 hours at home
- Assigned Vehicles – Yes, you will have a dedicated truck
- Truck Speed Limit – 68 miles per hour
- Truck Model Year – 2022 or newer
Job Requirements:
1. Valid CDL Class A license
2. Minimum of 2 years of documented OTR experience within the past decade
