Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care within the emergency department.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Employ advanced nursing techniques to assess, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
- Guide and mentor fellow nursing staff in the capacity of Charge Nurse.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive patient documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
- Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory.
- ENPC certification is preferred.
