\nCambridge-Lee Industries is seeking an SAP / ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance our SAP ERP environment in a manufacturing setting. This role combines technical and functional responsibilities, including SAP support, reporting, programming, user security, business process improvement, and SAP/EDI integration support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work directly with business users to develop practical solutions that improve efficiency and support daily operations.\n

\n*Key Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Provide day-to-day SAP ERP support, troubleshooting, and user assistance.\n
\n* Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.\n
\n* Develop, modify, test, and support SAP reports, forms, queries, interfaces, and related technical objects.\n
\n* Support SAP modules related to sales, purchasing, inventory, production, shipping, warehousing, and finance.\n
\n* Maintain SAP user accounts, roles, authorizations, and security access.\n
\n* Assist with SAP testing, upgrades, implementations, and business process improvement projects.\n
\n* Support SAP-related EDI integrations and coordinate with external EDI providers.\n
\n* Create documentation, user procedures, and training materials.\n
\n* Collaborate with business users, IT staff, consultants, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver solutions.\n

\n*Qualifications*\n
\n
\n*Required:*\n
\n
\n* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n
\n* 3+ years of SAP ERP support, reporting, programming, analysis, or business systems experience.\n
\n* Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting SAP application issues.\n
\n* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n
\n
\n*Preferred:*\n
\n
\n* 5+ years of SAP ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.\n
\n* Experience with SAP ABAP, SmartForms, SAP Query, IDocs, BAPIs, or related SAP development tools.\n
\n* Experience with SAP security, authorizations, and role management.\n
\n* Knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse/Shipping, Purchasing, Inventory, or Finance processes.\n
\n* Experience with EDI transactions and SAP/EDI integrations.\n
\n
