Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Alabama Teacher’s Certification in English (secondary level)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with proper endorsement
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse student populations
• Familiarity with integrating technology into lessons to promote 21st-century learning skills

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a classroom setting that encourages learning and supports personal growth
