School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Step into an essential role supporting students’ communication and language development for the upcoming school year. A contract opportunity exists for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work with middle and high school students in a dynamic district, providing onsite services between August 24, 2026, and June 10, 2027. Your expertise will impact students in an urban setting, collaborating with a dedicated educational team to foster student success.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state licensure and ability to complete all Pennsylvania clearances
• Prior experience working within schools, specifically with adolescent and secondary-age students
• Familiarity and comfort with urban school environments
• Reliable transportation, as punctual onsite attendance is required
• Ability to adhere to a work schedule between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM without accommodations
• Confidence working onsite full-time (virtual options are not available for this role)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students on a diverse middle and high school caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow clinicians to support students’ academic and social communication goals
• Complete required documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Engage positively with students, adapting support strategies for their unique needs and backgrounds
